a homoeopathic tincture prepared from the flowers of the tooth-pick plant. Ammi visnaga is a species of flowering plant in the carrot family. It is native to Europe, Asia, and North Africa. Ammi visnaga is a widely used medicinal plant for treatment of several diseases including renal stones. The active principles of Ammi visnaga are khellin and visnagin. Visnadine is another chemical compound found in Ammi visnaga which is a natural vasodilator. Khellin has the property of smooth muscle relaxant.

Indications

Ammi visnaga Q is widely used in the treatment of angina, asthma, bronchitis, kidney stones, menstrual cramps, vitiligo, psoriasis, etc. As an external application ammi visnaga aids in the treatment of skin conditions like psoriasis, alopecia areata, to treat wounds, redness and swelling, and poisonous bites. It is also used for other health problems such as diabetes, colic and abdominal cramps, liver and gallbladder disorders, and fluid retention.

Dosage

10-15 drops 4-5 times in some water daily, or as directed by the physician
