• Pulsatilla Nigricans : Face red and bloated, burning in hands, measles.
• Belladonna : Swelling, with heats and scarlet of the whole body. Chiefly the face, the neck, the chest.
• Ferrum phosphoricum and Mercurius solubilis Hahnemanni: Catarrhal affections, photophobia, sticky perspirations. 
• Arum triphyllum: Burning and stitching pain of inflamed mucous membranes together with irritation of the eyes and skin rashes. 

Dosage of Lords L 143 Measles Drops:

10-15 Drops in 1/4th cup of water every 4 hours.
